Ho acquistato dal sito HolyArt alcuni addobbi per l'albero di Natale e un presepe. La qualità dei prodotti è buona, in linea con il prezzo pagato. La spedizione è stata puntuale. Purtroppo l'imballo del presepe era molto approssimativo, la qualcosa combinata con l'imperizia del corriere ha causato diversi danni. Do comunque 5 stelle perché il servizio clienti è stato impeccabile, offrendomi diverse opzioni tra reso, rimborso monetario o rimborso in credito sul sito sostanzialmente in linea con le mie aspettative. I problemi possono accadere lavorando, l'importante è saperli risolvere.

The order arrived so quickly, I couldn't believe it. Packaging and wrapping was excellent and nothing was broken. Beautiful product that is not expensive given the good quality and detail. Ordered Joseph for my nativity as I’d broken the one I had. He arrived with his head broken off informed customer service they sent a new one straight out. Second one came same problem again informed customer service again they sent a new one straight out this one is intact I’m pleased to say. Thank you so much for being understanding and helpful. I would recommend Holyart to anyone and if you have a problem simply drop them an email and they’ll sort it out quickly.

I purchase my children and grandson an ornament every year. Their grandparents were from Germany and so we have a love of ornaments from Austria, Germany and Poland. Now we have an appreciation for those from Italy! The products were top quality and were delivered so quickly. I love them!!! Will definitely be my go to next year!
